The Business Bank's Remote Deposit service is like bringing the bank's teller window to your business! No more driving to the bank or wondering if your mailed deposit made it.
Here’s How It Works:
- You log on to our Remote Deposit secure internet site.
- You feed your deposit items (business checks, consumer checks, cashier’s checks and money orders) into a scanner that we provide for you.
- You then key the dollar amount and click “Submit”.
- Your bank account is credited with the deposit.
- You securely store the scanned checks for 90 days before destroying them.
Benefits To You:
- Eliminate the need to make a trip to the bank.
- Receive credited funds faster if you’re currently mailing your deposits.
- Deposit deadline is later in the day (5PM).
- You’ll be automatically producing images of your customer’s checks, potentially eliminating the need to make photocopies if you’re doing so now.
- No need to purchase or maintain software. You just need internet access and certain basic Windows system requirements. We’ll provide the scanner and initial training.
